Areas not covered by the Code
The Code does not apply to any of the following:
NORMAL TRADE PRACTICES
PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUES
PRODUCT SAFETY ISSUES
ISSUES SUBJECT TO LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
Product quality issues, safety issues and adverse incident reports are taken care of by the MHRA and Trading Standards, and the product legislation they operate under.
